Committed II
"Committed II" is a 2006 Sea Ray 270 Amberjack-a comfortable cruiser that is the full package.
The cockpit provides a comfortable platform to land that catch of a lifetime, entertain, or capture that perfect picture of Maine’s famous lighthouse or rocky shore.
Electronics and safety equipment meets or exceeds all USCG required equipment. “Committed II” electronics include Raymarine fish finder, chart plotter, two VHF radios, and a depth sounder.
“Committed II” meets all safety requirements and carries a current “Commercial Vessel Inspection”. This includes multiple fire extinguishers, fire suppression system, offshore life jackets, EPIRB & PLB, life ring, offshore flares and an extensive first aid kit.
Below deck, there is a full galley with a microwave, a stove and a refrigerator.
"Committed II" is equipped with a 5kw generator so power is never a question. The heat and air conditioning will ensure comfort no matter what the outside elements bring.
The spacious head contains a mirror and a vanity, sit down toilet along with hot and cold running water.
"Committed II" is equipped with the powerful MerCruiser 350 Horizon MPI with the duo prop Bravo III outdrive.

Captain Shawn is a lifelong resident of South Portland. Captain Shawn holds a USCG 100 Ton Inland & 50 Ton Near Coastal Master’s License. As a Registered Maine Tidewater Guide, all your fishing options are covered.
Captain Shawn is current in CPR and first aid.
Captain Shawn has been fishing Casco Bay since childhood. Shawn’s younger days were spent jigging cod on hand lines off the family boat and working on lobster boats through his teen years.
Experience Captain Shawn’s lifelong passion for Casco Bay and all it has to offer firsthand. From fishing to local history and folklore, you will not be disappointed.
Captain Randy was born and raised in southern Maine.
Captain Randy holds a USCG 100 Ton Near Coastal Master’s License as well as being current in CPR and first aid.
Once an avid tournament bass fisherman, he caught the saltwater fishing addiction and never looked back.
Captain Randy is high energy, and at times, has to be talked into returning to the dock. Never a dull moment when Captain Randy is on board.
Ms. Diane is Captain Shawn’s wife.
A local of 23 years, Diane’s passion for the coast of Maine shows through with her enthusiasm and skill for finding the perfect piece of sea glass on that special island.
Ms. Diane is often found on board helping to guide that perfect sunset cruise or sea glass excursion.
Although Diane’s appetite is not for the art of fishing, her presence is always felt on board with homemade chocolate chip cookies, a part of every trip.
